Commission rate is 3–5% or below
FIFA FFAR caps commission at 3% per party. Anything above 5% total is illegal.
No upfront fees required
A legitimate agent earns from the deal. Never pay before a contract is signed.
Image rights stay with you
Check for "all commercial rights" or "image and likeness" clauses. These require separate agreement.
